These Terms govern your use of slatgo Casino and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using the slatgo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and slatgo ("slatgo," "We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of the slatgo Casino platform accessible at slatgo.net. By creating an account or using any part of the slatgo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.4 slatgo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use slatgo Casino. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling. slatgo strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on slatgo, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
3.2 slatgo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period specified by slatgo may result in account suspension pending review.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) slatgo account only. The existence of multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them, including winnings, will be forfeited without compensation.
4.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or at any subsequent time may result in immediate permanent account closure.
4.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. slatgo will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 You must notify slatgo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4.5 Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to access your slatgo account under any circumstances.
The name registered on your slatgo account must match the name on the government-issued identification document used for KYC verification and the name associated with the GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, slatgo is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request.
5.2 KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

5.4 KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission of complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
5.5 slatgo may temporarily restrict account functionality, including the ability to withdraw, during any pending KYC review. This restriction does not affect your ability to play with already-deposited funds.
6.1 slatgo accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank EON, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). 6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
6.3 All deposits made to slatgo must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the slatgo account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your slatgo account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. slatgo is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network outages.
6.5 slatgo does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
6.6 slatgo reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction that it believes may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
7.1 slatgo offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.
The slatgo welcome bonus of up to ₱10,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A Player is considered a "new Player" for this purpose if they have not previously held a slatgo account. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion unless explicitly stated.
Any behavior that slatgo reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure. slatgo's determination in these matters is final.
8.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the slatgo account and used for a prior deposit, or as otherwise approved by slatgo's compliance team following a formal review.
8.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum single-withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
8.3 Withdrawals will only be processed after the Player's account has completed KYC verification in full. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests placed in queue until verification is complete.
8.4 slatgo targets same-day processing for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted before 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing times outside slatgo's control.
8.5 slatgo reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request above ₱50,000 or that it determines requires further review for compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Such review may extend the processing time by up to five (5) business days.
8.6 Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed within thirty (30) days due to unresolved compliance concerns may be subject to reversal to the account balance pending investigation.
9.1 All games available on the slatgo platform operate under the specific rules communicated within each game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules will prevail with respect to individual game outcomes; these Terms will prevail with respect to all account, financial, and platform-level matters.
9.2 All slot games on slatgo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) values for each game are accurate as of the date of their publication.
9.3 Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in controlled broadcast studio environments. All dealing procedures are recorded and subject to audit. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are not subject to RNG software.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game in progress, slatgo will attempt to restore the game state using server-side session records. 9.5 slatgo does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. 10.1 The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the slatgo platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
11.1 slatgo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, slatgo reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account, including real-money balances and accrued winnings, as determined appropriate by slatgo's compliance team and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
11.3 An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. slatgo will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder using the registered contact details before taking any administrative action on an inactive account. The Player's real-money balance remains protected in segregated accounts regardless of inactive status.
11.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their slatgo account must contact support via live chat or email to initiate the process. Any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure; any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be processed to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe after KYC verification is confirmed.

13.1 All content on the slatgo platform — including but not limited to the slatgo name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, icons, and all other proprietary elements — is the intellectual property of slatgo or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the slatgo platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any slatgo content without prior written authorization from slatgo.
13.3 Game content and titles featured on slatgo are licensed from their respective third-party providers (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others). All rights in such game content are retained by the respective providers.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slatgo's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 slatgo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
14.3 The slatgo platform is provided "as is" and "as available." slatgo makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the platform's continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond personal online gaming entertainment.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits slatgo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
15.1 slatgo processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at slatgo.net/privacy-policy.
15.2 By registering a slatgo account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosure to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government authorities where required by law.
15.3 slatgo implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
16.1 slatgo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the slatgo platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Minor amendments — including but not limited to corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication with or without specific individual notice.
16.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at slatgo.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the slatgo platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.1 These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the slatgo platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 In the event of a dispute between you and slatgo, you are encouraged to contact slatgo's customer support team as a first step. slatgo will make reasonable efforts to resolve all Player disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with slatgo's support team, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established Player complaints procedure.
17.4 Subject to Section 17.3, any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
